Where is Maitland Aroma?
Maitland Aroma will be held in Maitland Riverside Car Park off St Andrews Street, Maitland.
What is the event about?
Maitland Aroma is a celebration of all things coffee and chocolate.
Local chocolatiers and roaster from across the Hunter come along to showcase and demonstrate their products.
What time does the event run?
The event will run from 10.00am until 4.00pm each day.
Where can I park?
There are a range of parks around Maitland that patrons will have the opportunity to park in. We recommend the following:
- St Andrews Street
- Elgin Street
- Albion Street
- Sempil Street
- Ken Tubman Car Park (2nd level only)

Are there buses to the event?

Can I bring my dog to the event?
Dogs are permitted on site; however they must be on a leash and with their owner at all times.
We ask that dog owners respect the event site as well as other event attendees by picking up after your dog.
We expect crowds of around 15,000 – 18,000 people so we ask that you don’t bring any dogs with an aggressive nature to the event.
Are there shuttle buses to the event from the train station?
No, there will not be shuttle buses running between the station and the event.

What food will there be at the event?
There will be a number of food stalls at the event. Please see our exhibitors page for further details closer to the event.
Is there alcohol at the event?
Yes, beer and wine will be available for purchase at the event as tasting or bottles for takeaway (wine only, this will be sold at room temperature.
BYO is prohibited.
How much does it cost to get in?
Entry to the event is free.
How do I apply to be a stallholder?
If you wish to become a stallholder at the event, please visit our Get Involved page or email [email protected] with the details of your stall along with any photos may have of your setup.

We are always looking for additional volunteers to come along and be a part of the running of our events.

I lost something at the event, how do I get it back?
If you lose something at the event, we ask that you go to our information tent and fill in a lost and found form. If you item is handed in we will ensure to call you and organise a time to arrange collection. We unfortunately cannot guarantee that you item will be handed in.
